Physically challenged man arrested with a fresh human head in Rivers State

A 23-year-old man identified as Chinedu Okoro has been arrested by operatives of ONELGA Security Peace and Advisory Council, OSPAC, for allegedly behe#ding a woman.

It is reported that the suspect who is deaf was apprehended on Saturday, January 15, with a bag containing the victim’s head in Omoku, Rivers State.

He has since been handed over to the police for further investigation.
