With regards to the ruling on the Delta state electoral tribunal at the Federal high court in Asaba, which dismissed the petition of former Deputy Senate President, chief Ovie Omo-Agege, the members of the Ijaw mandate group wishes to congratulate his excellency Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on his victory.
Speaking on behalf of the group, Hon Dagidi Andaye who is the coordinator, expresses his satisfaction with the judgment and affirmed it to be the hand of God working in the life of the Governor. “ you can’t kick against the rock” he declared, this is another confirmation that the hand of God is upon his excellency, and his mandate was given by the good people of Delta.
He therefore admonished Chief Agege and his supporters to join forces with the Governor in delivering his “MORE” agenda for the benefit of all Deltans.
