The Acting Director General of NCAA, Captain Chris Najomo, and the Managing Director of FAAN, Mrs Olubonmi Kuku has frowned at the unruly conducts of Irate Passengers describing their behavior as unacceptable.
Speaking at stakeholders forum yesterday in Lagos, at the NCAA Regional Office Annex, they said the authorities will use the instrument of the law to keep such persons in-check by ensuring that any passenger that puts up such unacceptable conduct will be arrested, prosecuted and made to face the full wrath of the law.
The aviation chiefs also condemned the actions of irate passengers who are quick to resort to violence as means to express frustration.
They also frowned at the unruly behaviour of some passengers who molest, attack and beat up airline personnel, noting that efforts are underway to escalate appropriate punishment through magistrate and mobile courts to be set up at the airports to deal with such situations.
