Rihanna has revealed she’s pregnant with her third child, making a grand announcement on the red carpet of the 2025 Met Gala in New York.
The 37-year-old singer and fashion icon, dressed in an elegant ensemble, cradled her visible baby bump and smiled for the cameras on the navy and daffodil-themed carpet. She was joined by her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, who confirmed the news and responded warmly to reporters’ congratulations.
“It is time to just show the people what we were cooking up,” A$AP Rocky said. “Thank you, thank you, thank you… I’m glad everybody’s happy for us because we’re definitely happy.” The couple already share two sons — RZA, born in May 2022, and Riot, born in August 2023.
Rihanna, whose real name is Robyn Fenty, arrived fashionably late to the prestigious benefit for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute, which this year focused on “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” — a theme dedicated to menswear.
