The Lagos Zonal Directorate 1 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Friday, July 4, 2025, arraigned one Ebikonbo-Owen Anthony before Justice Daniel Osiagor of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos.
He was arraigned on a three-count charge bordering on conspiracy to defraud, forgery and possession of fraudulent documents. He pleaded โnot guiltyโ to the offence.
Justice Osiagor adjourned the matter till July 24, 2025 for the hearing and remanded the defendant in a correctional centre.
