The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, has donated the sum of N50 Million Naira to some Market Women in Plateau State.
He made the donation during a Breakfast meeting with Market Women in Jos on Wednesday.
The Chairman who took his time to recount his child hood experience in their state of challenges, said, N20 million would be shared among them, while the remaining N30 million would used to open a Cooperative for them as Market women.
Prof. Nentawe, told the women, that the APC led Federal Government led by President Tinubu , and his team are determined to better the lives of citizens.
” I urge you to continue to support the administration of President Bola Tinubu, a government that makes promises and fulfills them,” he said.
I urged the residents of Plateau to rally behind President Tinubu .
He stressed the need for electorates to choose people who know their needs and commit to pursuing them.
President Bola Tinubu is determined to run a trust-based governance system driven by citizen participation.
A trader who gave her name as Mama Mary who received the N50 million cheque on behalf of the Market women thanked the APC National Chairman for the empowerment and pledge that the traders would judiciously make good use of the funds.
