Declares Unwavering Support for Governor Caleb Mutfwang in the PDP
The Plateau State PDP Die‑Hard Group on Tuesday warned the Leadership of the All Progressives Congress APC at the National against blackmailing the state Governor Caleb Mutfwang into the party .
They also warned that Federal Government from bullying Gov Mutfwang in to joining the APC.
The group while addressing newsmen in Jos and led by Comrade Abraham David Bot their leader also called on the APC National Chairman,Prof. Nentawe Yilwada, to stop pressuring and bullying Governor Mutfwang to defect to the APC.
The group emphasized that the governor’s leadership remains crucial for the stability and development of Plateau State, and they stand firmly behind his re‑election bid in 2027.
This backing comes amid ongoing political maneuvering, with the PDP state chapter repeatedly expressing confidence in Mutfwang’s administration and its commitment to good governance .
We are happy with Gov Mutfwang in the PDP and he should continue to remain in the party as he earlier declared.
