Dr. Doyin Okupe, Former Presidential Aide Passes on at 72

Dr. Doyin Okupe, a Nigerian political figure, has died at the age of 72 after he reportedly had a long battle with cancer.

Okupe served as a presidential aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan and was a spokesperson for the Labour Party.

Family sources confirm that Okupe’s health deteriorated significantly in recent weeks before his death.
