
A 56-year-old Egyptian, Mohammed Saleh, has died after collapsing during dinner at the Abuja Continental Hotel, Wuse.
Saleh was said to be dining with three companions on Saturday night when he suddenly slumped. The hotel’s security supervisor, Francis Yusuf, immediately alerted the police around 9:24 pm.
He was first rushed to a nearby hospital before being referred to the Wuse District Hospital, where doctors confirmed him dead.
His body has been deposited in the hospital morgue for autopsy.
As of press time, the FCT Police spokesperson, Josephine Adeh, was yet to comment on the incident.
