GEMADE DONATES OFFICE FACILITY, STRENGTHENS PBAT 2027 RE-ELECTION MOBILISATION
Gemade Donates Major Office Facility to Support Tinubu–Shettima Re-election Mobilisation
The political mobilisation machinery of PBAT @ Grassroots Connect has received a significant boost following the donation of a fully equipped office facility by Hon. Vandefan Gemade, National Coordinator of the group, as preparations intensify for the 2027 presidential election.
The new office, located at BAVIS House, 19 Gwani Street, Wuse Zone 4, Abuja, is expected to serve as a strategic coordination centre for the group’s nationwide grassroots mobilisation and organisational activities ahead of the 2027 elections.
Hon. Vandefan Gemade, son of Senator Barnabas Gemade, a former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and presently a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has emerged as a prominent grassroots political mobiliser within the Tinubu support movement.
Although Hon. Vandefan previously contested the APC primary for the Federal House of Representatives and did not emerge as the party’s candidate, he has continued to demonstrate commitment to grassroots political organisation and mobilisation.
As National Coordinator of PBAT @ Grassroots Connect, he has reaffirmed his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima, with the group positioning itself to mobilise support for the administration and its 2027 re-election bid.
The donation of the office facility is being regarded by members and supporters as a major organisational investment, designed to strengthen coordination, communication, outreach and voter mobilisation across communities.
Nationwide Grassroots Mobilisation
The development comes as PBAT @ Grassroots Connect prepares for its forthcoming National Inauguration, with the organisation working towards establishing a formidable grassroots structure across the country.
The group has in its arsenal key national personalities who are expected to play a strategic role in supporting the organisation’s grassroots mobilisation drive, particularly among emerging and newly registered voters.
According to the organisation, its mobilisation strategy will focus on expanding political engagement at the grassroots, encouraging voter participation and building stronger connections between communities and the progressive political movement.
Women’s Wing Builds Strategic Alliances
The women’s wing of PBAT @ Grassroots Connect is also playing an active role in the organisation’s expansion.
Under the leadership of Mrs. Wandoo Evelyn Tseayo, the women’s structure is working to foster stronger political relationships among women, communities and party stakeholders in support of the organisation’s objectives ahead of 2027.
The leadership believes that women remain a critical component of any successful grassroots political mobilisation, and the women’s wing is expected to continue expanding its network and community engagement.
A Significant Vote of Confidence
The support from the Gemade family represents a notable vote of confidence in the vision and grassroots mobilisation agenda of PBAT @ Grassroots Connect.
For the organisation, the provision of a dedicated operational base comes at a strategic moment as preparations for the 2027 election gather momentum.
The group says it remains committed to building a broad-based grassroots network capable of reaching voters across communities and contributing meaningfully to the political mobilisation for the Tinubu–Shettima ticket.
