The Supreme Court has affirmed the victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress at the 2023 Presidential Election has the duly elected President of Federal Republic of Nigeria. The apex court also held that the appeal filed by the petitioners as no merit and it is hereby dismissed.
