Former Governor of Jigawa state and a stalwart of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Sule Lamido has affirmed that he will throw his weight behind the emergence of Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal of Sokoto state as the PDP Presidential candidate should he opt to seek the party’s ticket to run for the position of President in the country come 2023.
Alhaji Lamido disclosed this at his country home of Bamaina in Birnin Kudu local government area of Jigawa state on Tuesday.
