Aspirant for the Langtang North Central constituency seat in the Plateau State House of Assembly, Bongtim John Nanzing, has obtained the Expression of Interest and Nomination forms of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, ahead of the forthcoming elections.
Nanzing picked the forms at the party’s state secretariat on Monday, signaling his readiness to contest for the state assembly seat under the platform of the ADC.
In a statement made available to journalists, the aspirant described the development as a major step toward providing purposeful representation for the people of Langtang North Central constituency.
The statement noted that Nanzing’s decision to join the race had generated excitement among residents and supporters across the constituency.
According to him, he remains committed to justice, inclusion, grassroots development, and people-oriented leadership.
Nanzing further pledged to continue to stand out as a leader who listens, understands, and act in the best interest of his people,
Nanzing also pledged to provide quality legislation and effective representation if elected into office.
He also promised to attract meaningful development projects to Langtang North Central constituency and work toward improving the welfare of the people.
The aspirant further assured constituents of his commitment to policies and programmes that would promote progress, fairness, and sustainable development across the constituency.
He added that the journey towards a stronger and more prosperous Langtang North Central had begun with the successful purchase of the nomination forms.
