The Executive Chairman of Riyom Local Government Council, Hon. Sati Bature Shuwa, has extended warm congratulations to Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, on the successful completion of three years in office.
In a congratulatory message signed by the council’s Head of Information and Public Relations, Davis Amba A., Hon. Shuwa commended the governor for his remarkable achievements within the period.
The message, made available to newsmen on Friday, also congratulated Deputy Governor, Ngo Josephine Piyo, the Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Daniel Nanlong, Honourable Members of the Assembly, Chief Justice of Plateau State, Honourable Justice David Mann, and the entire people of the state.
Hon. Shuwa particularly hailed Governor Mutfwang’s commitment to governance, noting the completion of several abandoned projects inherited from past administrations as well as the initiation of new ones across the state.
“The remarkable progress recorded in the completion of abandoned projects by past administrations and initiation of new projects across the state within this period is a clear reflection of your commitment to the welfare of our people and development of our dear state,” the statement said.
The Riyom LG boss further praised the governor for rekindling hope among the people, strengthening governance, promoting peace, and accelerating grassroots development.
He described the landslide victory of Governor Mutfwang in the APC direct primaries as a resounding vote of confidence by the people, which he said demonstrates the trust and support the governor continues to enjoy.
The statement prayed for divine wisdom, strength and grace for the governor to take Plateau State to greater heights.
“As you commemorate this significant occasion, the entire Riyom community pray the Almighty God will give you more discernment, fortitude, and grace so that you can continue to reap the benefits of democracy and propel Plateau State to even greater heights,” it added.
